Description

This case study focusses on Somos Red, a citizen-led initiative advocating for dignified life and livelihoods for migrant groups. The initiative organises resources (for advocacy, training, employment, and other material needs) to ensure respectful integration of migrant groups in local communities.

Aim

RED case study sets out to answer two research questions: What vulnerabilities do migrant population face and what is the role of organisations such as Somos Red in dealing with these vulnerabilities? What are the mechanisms through which this organisation deals with these vulnerabilities?
