IMC case study examines the situation of immigrant and refugee women in Carinthia, focusing on their qualifications, economic circumstances, and labour market integration.

It also explores the existing projects and measures aimed at supporting these women, the objectives of the organisations and funding bodies behind these initiatives, and how these efforts contribute to self-awareness, empowerment, and community engagement among immigrant women within the local community and to rural development.

This initiative aims to enhance the qualifications and facilitate the labour market integration of refugee and migrants’ women in Carinthia.
